The tournament will take place from May 22-24, 2026
AGE GROUPS
The tournament will be held in three age groups:
- Boys 2014
- Boys 2015
- Boys 2016
- Boys 2017
GYMS (sport hall)
The tournament will take place in gyms:
- Mārupes NSS, Kantora street 97, Mārupe
- Tīraines SK, Viskalnu street 7, Tīraine
- Babītes SK, Jūrmalas street 14c, Pinki
- Jaunmārupes PSK, Mazcenu aleja 3, Jaunmārupe
- BA Turiba, Graudu street 68, Riga
TOURNAMENT RULES
- Games are played according to FIBA rules with following exceptions:
- Game time 4x7 min (stopped time)
- Boys 2014 ball size nr.5, basket high 305 cm
- Boys 2015 ball size nr.5, basket high 305 cm
- Boys 2016 ball size nr.5, basket high 275 cm
- Boys 2017 ball size nr.5, basket high 275 cm
- Zone defense is not allowed
- Tournament system will be announced after the end of registration on 24th, April, 2026
- Team guaranteed 5 games
AWARDS
The 1-3. (first three) places winning teams are rewarded with Cup, players and coach with medals (14 medals). The most valuable player of the tournament is awarded with the "MVP" award, the best player of each team is awarded with the "POWER of TEAM " award, and the winner of the shooting competition is awarded with a prize "SHOOTING CONTEST WINNER". Prizes are provided by tournament organizers and sponsors.
